Return Policy for Personalized/Custom Items:

Because each item is made to order, personalized and custom products are non-returnable unless there is a seller error (such as incorrect customization) or the item arrives damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or replacement. Items must be returned in their original condition in order for a refund or replacement to be processed.
